Twenty years, one operating philosophy.

Victoria Roberts is a Designated Managing Broker at eXp Realty Alaska, leading a team of 200+ agents. She's a CRB-designated broker, licensed real estate instructor, and Broker of the Year (2021).

She develops AREC-approved CE curriculum, serves on NAR's Housing Opportunity Committee and the Alaska Legislative Committee, and coaches agents and brokers using a REBI-aligned framework built from real brokerage experience — not theory.
